TechFlow News: On February 14, the General Office of the State Council issued an “Implementation Opinion on Improving the Nationally Unified Electricity Market System,” which states that various functions of the electricity market should be improved; a green electricity consumption certification mechanism should be expedited; and technologies such as blockchain should be fully introduced to enable end-to-end certification across all stages—including generation and consumption—of green electricity.
