We will resume Operation "Blockade Iran"; it is named so because it only prevents Iranian ships or customers from entering or exiting. All other countries will use the strait fairly and openly. From now on, the United States will be known as the "Guardian of the Strait of Hormuz", but as the guardian, and out of fairness, the United States will charge a 20% fee on all cargo shipments to compensate for all costs required to provide safety and security for this volatile region of the world.
