TechFlow News, February 12: “Blockchain4Youth,” a public welfare initiative under Bitget Academy, participated in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology’s “AI & Web3 Builders” event. Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget Academy, and Xie Jiayin, Head of Chinese-Language Operations, were invited to deliver a public welfare lecture, sharing industry trends and personal growth insights with the audience.
During the lecture, Gracy analyzed structural shifts in the current industry cycle, focusing on three key themes: institutional capital gradually assuming a dominant role; the large-scale development of real-world assets (RWA); and AI’s transformation of decision-making logic. Xie Jiayin drew upon his professional experience to discuss career choices and growth trajectories within the crypto industry. He encouraged young people to adopt a long-term perspective, build reusable skill sets, and maintain patience and continuous learning capabilities amid market uncertainty.
Earlier, Bitget Academy announced a $10 million commitment to the “Blockchain4Youth” public welfare initiative over the next five years, supporting youth learning, hands-on practice, and long-term development in AI and Web3. Through this public welfare lecture, Bitget Academy aims to deepen dialogue and mutual understanding, refocusing technical and trend-related discussions on individual growth and long-term value creation.
