TechFlow News: On February 12, Bloomberg reported that on February 12, 2026, Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery ruled that the board of directors of Coinbase Global Inc. must disclose deposition transcripts related to an insider trading lawsuit targeting CEO Brian Armstrong, venture capitalist Marc Andreessen, and other board members. The judge rejected the defense argument that “witnesses would be less candid if they knew their depositions might become public,” and ordered the company’s Special Litigation Committee to disclose the deposition transcripts of angel investor Gokul Rajaram and Joseph R. Slights III, head of the internal investigation’s legal team.
