TechFlow News: On February 10, according to CoinDesk, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken replaced its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Stephanie Lemmerman, ahead of its planned U.S. public listing. Sources revealed that Lemmerman has been reassigned to the role of Strategic Advisor. She joined Kraken from Dapper Labs in November 2024 as CFO and served in that position for one year and four months.
Robert Moore, Vice President of Business Expansion, has effectively assumed CFO responsibilities. Kraken’s parent company, Payward Inc., has updated its leadership page to list Moore as Deputy CFO, while Lemmerman’s information has been removed.
