TechFlow News, February 8: According to a Cointelegraph report, ARK Invest’s trading disclosures show that on Friday, the firm sold a total of 134,472 shares of Coinbase stock across three of its ETFs—valued at approximately $22.1 million—including 92,737 shares sold via ARKK, 32,790 shares via ARKW, and 8,945 shares via ARKF.
Meanwhile, ARK Invest purchased a total of 393,057 shares of Bullish stock—valued at approximately $10.7 million—with ARKK acquiring 278,619 shares, ARKW acquiring 70,655 shares, and ARKF acquiring 43,783 shares.
At the time of these trades, Coinbase’s share price rose 13% to $165, though it has declined 26% year-to-date.
In addition, ARK Invest bought shares of Alphabet, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, and Tempus AI, while reducing positions in Roku, The Trade Desk, and PagerDuty.
