TechFlow News, February 8: Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong posted on social media stating that the cryptocurrency market has experienced significant volatility over the past few days—nothing new. Cryptocurrencies have already gone through many market cycles.
For me personally, this does not change my view—I genuinely cannot think of any reason not to remain bullish on cryptocurrencies long-term. They are rapidly encroaching upon the financial services industry.
Coinbase will continue operating as usual, regardless of market conditions. We need to upgrade our financial system.
