TechFlow News: According to CoinGlass data on February 6, the total liquidation amount across the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours reached $2.242 billion, including $1.707 billion in long-position liquidations and $536 million in short-position liquidations.
Bitcoin (BTC) liquidations amounted to $1.167 billion ($881 million in long positions and $286 million in short positions), while Ethereum (ETH) liquidations totaled $485 million ($352 million in long positions and $133 million in short positions). A total of 498,721 traders were liquidated within the past 24 hours. The largest single liquidation occurred on Binance’s BTC/USDT trading pair, valued at $12.0209 million.
