TechFlow reports, on January 09, Coinbase Markets officially released its 2025 recap, disclosing that it listed 110 crypto assets last year, bringing the total number of tradable crypto assets on the platform to over 350. Additionally, the platform launched 100 perpetual contracts, with 199 now available for trading. Coinbase Markets stated that 2025 marked a significant turning point for Coinbase derivatives, introducing round-the-clock trading. In June, open interest in perpetual futures surpassed $1 billion, and by October, the combined open interest for perpetual futures and futures reached a peak of $4.8 billion. For 2026, the company plans to further expand its product offerings, including new indices, equities, and emerging asset products.
