TechFlow, December 10 — According to Cointelegraph, RWA network Real Finance has completed a $29 million private placement funding round aimed at building an infrastructure layer for RWA to help institutions more easily adopt tokenized assets.
This round includes a $25 million capital commitment from digital asset investment firm Nimbus Capital, with participation also from Magnus Capital and Frekaz Group. Real Finance stated that the funds will be used to scale compliance and operational infrastructure and develop a full-stack RWA platform.
