He used multiple aliases, including the most widely known nickname "Brother Wang." Mike Vigil, former head of the International Operations Division at the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) under the U.S. Department of Justice, said that "Brother Wang" was responsible for converting proceeds from drug trafficking into cryptocurrency assets. Investigators identified approximately 150 companies and 170 bank accounts linked to him, into which about $20 million was deposited between 2020 and 2021.
