The U.S. and China conducted constructive discussions on these matters. The U.S. expressed a firm stance, while China remains resolute in safeguarding its interests. After more than a day of intense talks, both sides constructively explored solutions to properly address their respective concerns and reached preliminary consensus. Next, each side will proceed with internal approval procedures.
