TechFlow, October 22 — According to Globenewswire, DataVault AI (Nasdaq: DVLT) and Wellgistics Health (Nasdaq: WGRX) announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent to jointly implement PharmacyChain, a blockchain smart contract platform designed for manufacturer-to-patient delivery.
The collaboration aims to enable end-to-end digital tracking of prescription medications from prescribing to delivery using blockchain technology, ensuring the right medication reaches the right patient at the right time. The two companies plan to share revenue generated from pharmacy usage fees related to PharmacyChain.
