TechFlow news, October 22 — According to foreign media reports, Australian gold exploration project PC GOLD (ASX: PC2) has officially listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
PC GOLD is one of the first real-world asset (RWA) projects incubated by the Web3 mining finance platform Asteroid X. The project previously launched a PC GOLD NFT series, tokenizing and pegging shares of publicly listed companies, thus achieving digital representation of physical mining assets.
Ben, co-founder of Asteroid X, stated that this listing marks a deep integration between traditional mining and Web3 finance, representing a significant milestone for the RWA tokenization model. "From Asteroid X to ASX, this step is not only a leap for traditional industries but also validation of blockchain's convergence with real-world assets."
It is reported that Web3in Tech-Lab, the实体 company behind Asteroid X, has obtained Australia’s IRD (Independent Currency Exchange) and Digital Currency Exchange (DCE) licenses, enabling it to provide full-cycle services for RWA projects within a compliant framework—including asset tokenization, compliant issuance, trading matchmaking, and settlement circulation.
