TechFlow news, October 21 — According to CoinDesk, Bitcoin Rollup protocol BitcoinOS (BOS) has raised $10 million to expand its institutional-grade Bitcoin financial tools and developer protocols. The funding round was led by Greenfield Capital, with participation from FalconX, DNA Fund, Bitcoin Frontier Fund, and angel investors including Nathan McCauley, CEO of Anchorage Digital, and Leeor Groen of Spartan Group.
BitcoinOS aims to transform Bitcoin into a programmable foundational layer for the digital economy. The funds will be used to scale developer and institutional infrastructure, including Grail Pro, a Bitcoin yield protocol currently in pilot with custodians. The project also supports trustless cross-chain bridges to other blockchain networks such as Ethereum and Cardano.
