TechFlow news, October 15: "On-chain detective" ZachXBT posted on social media stating, "I'm tired of on-chain services that profit primarily from illegal activities, charging fees while bearing no responsibility. If they can't establish mechanisms to prevent illicit activities, they should at least refund the fees. For example, Garden Finance saw over 75% of its total trading volume coming from stolen funds between April and July 2025, earning hundreds of thousands of dollars from these flows (I stopped tracking the fund flows after July)."
