TechFlow, September 29 — Medical technology company Helius (Nasdaq: HSDT) announced it will change its name to "Solana Company" and has signed a letter of intent with the Solana Foundation. The company will focus on building the Solana ecosystem and plans to use its recently raised $500 million PIPE funding to accumulate SOL tokens. Notably, the company's stock ticker HSDT remains unchanged.
