Web3 Builders Summit: LFBUIDL 2026 Returns to Da Nang
Over 200 builders gathered for a premium event under Vietnam’s new regulatory pilot framework.
sqrDAO is a community centered on Web3 builders, dedicated to advancing onchain ecosystem development across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Today, sqrDAO officially opens public registration for the Web3 Builders Summit: LFBUIDL 2026 (W3BS)—its third annual flagship summit, to be held on Saturday, May 25, 2026, at the Risemount Premier Resort in Da Nang.

W3BS 2026 is co-organized by DAVAS, with Lisk and DISSC serving as Strategic Partners. Platinum Partners include NEBULUS, Pharos Network, Aquavance, Sky Mavis, Risemount, and the VICI Foundation. Ecosystem Partners include Swiss EP, Aptos, Avalanche, Laguna Network, Merch3, Dash, and Bitget Wallet.
This year’s summit serves as the official Web3-themed event of the Da Nang Venture & Angel Summit (DAVAS 2026), granting Web3 builders direct access to Vietnam’s flagship venture summit—led by the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology.
Why W3BS 2026 Matters Now
Vietnam’s digital asset ecosystem is entering a structurally new phase. With Resolution No. 05/NQ-CP establishing a regulatory pilot framework for crypto assets from 2026–2030, and the Vietnam International Financial Center (VIFC) officially launching in Da Nang in December 2025, W3BS 2026 becomes the first major Web3-native gathering held under this new framework—designed to bring builders, capital, and policymakers into one shared space to collaboratively shape the institutional infrastructure still taking form.
“Markets cycle. Trends recur. The builders who win the next phase are those who proactively equip themselves before most others wake up. Da Nang doesn’t need permission to become Vietnam’s Web3 city—it’s already writing that script. W3BS is where those scriptwriters meet.” — Long “Leo” Pham, Founder of sqrDAO
Design Philosophy of the Agenda
The agenda for May 25 is built around one central thesis: The winners of Vietnam’s next Web3 phase will be builders who deeply understand all three—policy, technical infrastructure, and capital. Morning sessions focus on strategy and policy, featuring founders engaging directly with officials shaping Vietnam’s digital asset framework. Afternoon sessions shift to technical demos and showcases, with infrastructure-layer projects sharing the stage alongside founders.
Breaking beyond the limits of traditional panel formats, W3BS 2026 organically integrates three discussion panels—on Vietnam’s policy frontier, stablecoin tech stacks, and RWA infrastructure—with three lightning debates designed to surface the issues builders are truly arguing about. Three demo batches close out the day, organized around the most urgent areas for real-world deployment: onchain financial infrastructure, consumer-facing applications for emerging markets, and AI-native sovereign tech.
The day culminates in the Web3 Builders Dinner—a carefully curated gathering that doubles as both the summit’s closing ceremony and the official entry point to DAVAS Week. Founders who shaped the summit’s content through panels and demos will share the same room with venture partners attending DAVAS—including Quest Ventures, Do Ventures, Antler, MEXC Ventures, and GenAI Fund. This marks a pivotal transition for Web3 builders—from the summit floor to broader capital conversations.
Featured Speakers

The 2026 speaker lineup prioritizes founders and regional leads with proven, on-the-ground experience in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and the broader Web3 ecosystem. Headliners include Trung Nguyen, Founder & CEO of Sky Mavis; Queenie Le, Head of APAC Expansion at Tether; and Alexis Low, Ecosystem Growth Lead at Lisk. The summit also features Vo Duc Anh, Deputy Director of DISSC Da Nang, speaking on behalf of Da Nang’s government innovation infrastructure.
Additional speakers across panels, debates, and demos include senior representatives from the People’s Committee of Da Nang City, VIFC Da Nang, Ronin Network, Pharos Network, Aptos, Bitget Wallet, Dash, Superteam Black, Swiss EP Vietnam, Spartan Group, RNS.id, Knotwork, Speedrun Labs, Team1, and 8SIAN Magazine—bringing together voices from infrastructure builders, regional operators, and capital, forming a thoughtfully curated, diverse ecosystem portrait.
