GMGN co-founder Haze responds to "Kuzuo P" livestream: GMGN setup tips shared
A craftsman must first sharpen his tools if he wishes to do his work well.

One
After watching Kuzuo's livestream, here's the dogfighting setup:
GMGN + GMGN Twitter monitoring + GMGN address monitoring + a high-end gaming desktop PC + a premium gaming mouse + excellent internet connection.
Well begun is half done—choose your tools wisely.
Two
If you want faster buying and selling, do you even know about keyboard shortcuts?
QWER will take you there—no useless chatter.

Open this and enable the floating panel.
Then refer to the previous image and activate those keyboard buttons.
Hold down Space + use QWER or ASDF keys—it’s that simple.
Think about how many seconds faster this is compared to moving your mouse back and forth.

Three
If newly created tokens always show a few seconds delay across the board, reset your local system time.
While everyone’s still eager to learn, let me explain further.
I’ve noticed some group members see fixed second values (not 0s) for every new token pushed from the trench (without filtering), making them feel like their trench is slow.
In most cases, it's likely an issue with your computer's local clock.
Four
Are the buy buttons in the trench too small? Struggling with hand-eye coordination?
We’ve made giant glowing buttons.
All these flashy features exist for one purpose: gaining a one-second edge.

Five
Let me break it down. Maybe when you watch the stream, you just get the vibe and shout “awesome” or “CS.”
Kuzuo’s strategy is a form of MEME trading based on breaking news and trending topics.
What key abilities are required?
Rapid Twitter monitoring + intense focus + lightning-fast execution on buys.
Hardware Setup:
The higher your PC specs, the better—this is essentially playing a AAA game where every millisecond counts.
You must use a mouse; trackpad users don’t stand a chance.
Use a multi-button mouse because aside from buying, mouse shortcuts can help quickly return to the trench page.
Keyboard choice doesn’t matter much.
Use headphones—you need to hear alert sounds from your monitoring tools.
Software Setup:
Browser – Chrome, as it offers the best compatibility.
Avoid installing too many extensions—they cause lag. You're aiming for peak performance.
GMGN Configuration:
Address Monitoring:
This strategy doesn't rely on deep analysis, so you only need one address monitoring window, typically placed at the lower center for easy visibility of liquidity arrival. Why not left or right floaters? Because constant eye movement between sides is tiring and drains focus.

X Monitoring:
Typically implemented via browser extension to prevent conflicts between floating windows and the trench interface, avoiding resource contention on a single page.

Also remember to customize settings for comfort—font size, keyword alerts, X background themes, sound notifications, etc.

Trench: Since advanced data analysis isn't needed, disable unnecessary data fields to improve page performance and keep your trench clean and distraction-free during long sessions. Use giant buttons to make clicking faster during rapid buys. If you prefer smaller initial buys but larger follow-up purchases, enable the secondary buy button with a preset amount. All options are customizable within the trench settings.

Trading Settings:
Fast input mode, usually with 100% slippage tolerance, enable MEV protection against sandwich attacks, and set GAS FEE according to your preference. Nothing complicated here.
That’s basically it for core configuration. Have fun trading.
Six
The annual cost for GMGN’s Twitter monitoring API runs into hundreds of thousands of US dollars.
Speed comes at a price. But we’ll spare no expense—we’re all in.
Seven
GMGN has implemented many features that may seem flashy at first glance, but each one is meticulously designed to enhance speed and focus.
Spend more time experiencing the details, and you'll realize the GMGN team are seasoned dogfighters themselves.
They just choose not to compete directly alongside everyone else.
