CrossSpace has announced a partnership with Baidu's Xirang, China's first metaverse product, to jointly explore broader applications of the metaverse in global Web3 social scenarios.

In January 2023, CrossSpace announced a strategic partnership with Xirang, Baidu’s first metaverse product and China’s pioneering domestic metaverse platform, to jointly explore broader applications of the metaverse in global Web3 social scenarios. CrossSpace is an infrastructure platform designed to enhance effective connections and collaboration among Web3 users, communities, and across communities. Xirang by Baidu, leveraging Baidu's leading artificial intelligence capabilities and the powerful computing capacity of Baidu AI Cloud, has become a leading metaverse ecosystem in China, establishing the country's most open and vibrant homegrown metaverse environment. This collaboration aims to advance a more inclusive and diverse Web3 social ecosystem.
As a social and collaboration platform, CrossSpace seeks to break down invisible barriers between communities, building a highly integrated and inclusive community ecosystem. Through its SBT/NFT achievement system, CrossSpace rewards participation, fosters trust, and helps build personal and community brands, ultimately enabling decentralized global collaboration within Web3. The founding team brings extensive experience in Web3 community creation and management. Two major decentralized communities initiated by the team and early members—Type V DAO and Worldwide NFT—have gained significant influence in the Web3 space. As of December 2022, CrossSpace had hosted over 350 Twitter Spaces events.
