TechFlow, September 19: Former Fed official Bullard said that a cumulative 75 basis point rate cut by year-end would be a significant easing move. The neutral rate remains quite low, possibly at 3.25%. For doves, a 25 basis point cut this week and another 25 basis point cut in October are almost equally favorable. (Jinshi)
