TechFlow news, September 19 — According to an official announcement, Binance will now launch the fourth HODLer airdrop as part of its 18,000,000 LAYER airdrop program. A total of 6,000,000 LAYER tokens will be distributed in this fourth round;
Eligible users: Users who used BNB to subscribe to Principal-Guaranteed Earn (Fixed and/or Flexible) or On-chain Earn products between 08:00 on September 12, 2025, and 07:59 on September 15, 2025 (UTC+8), will receive the airdrop allocation. Airdrop distribution timeline: Distribution will be completed within 24 hours after this announcement is published.
