TechFlow news, September 4 — According to Fortune, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong required engineers to start using AI programming assistants within a week, and employees who failed to comply were dismissed.
A GitHub survey shows that 92% of developers at 500 large companies are already using AI tools, with 70% believing these tools improve work efficiency.
Earlier reports indicated that the Coinbase CEO stated around 40% of the company's daily code is currently AI-generated, with a goal to increase this to over 50% by October.
