TechFlow, on September 1, according to an official announcement, Futian Investment Holdings (Fitch Ratings "A-") completed an offshore RMB bond issuance in Hong Kong. This bond is the world's first publicly offered RWA digital bond issued on the Ethereum blockchain. The issuance amount was RMB 500 million, with a maturity of two years and a coupon rate of 2.62%. Guangfa Securities (Hong Kong) led and exclusively provided blockchain technical support, while CMB International, CICC, Orient Securities, and others acted as joint underwriters.
