TechFlow, August 30 — According to Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed TON treasury company Verb Technology Company announced that its corporate name will officially change from "Verb Technology Company, Inc." to "TON Strategy Company" on September 2. Concurrently, the company's Nasdaq ticker symbol will change from "VERB" to "TONX". Trading under the new symbol "TONX" will begin on the Nasdaq Capital Market when markets open on September 2. The company will also launch a new corporate website in conjunction with the rebranding.
Earlier reports indicated that Verb Technology disclosed total assets exceeding $780 million, including $713 million worth of Toncoin (TON) cryptocurrency and $67 million in cash.
