TechFlow news, July 11 — The Inception team, a restaking protocol built on EigenLayer, recently announced it will terminate operations. Over the past two years, Inception successfully launched over 15 LRTs, expanded across ecosystems and blockchains, integrated with more than 60 DeFi protocols, and passed eight or more security audits.
Despite these achievements, the Inception team stated that the protocol failed to achieve product-market fit. Additionally, the lack of liquidity incentives in the shared security space has made the protocol's development path unsustainable.
