TechFlow news, July 4 — Lorenzo, an on-chain asset management platform, officially launched its first OTF (On-chain Traded Fund) testnet product — USD1+ OTF, marking its first yield-bearing product denominated in the USD1 stablecoin. The product has been deployed on the BNB Chain testnet.
Powered by Lorenzo's Financial Abstraction Layer, this product integrates three primary sources of yield: RWA returns, quantitative strategies, and DeFi yields, with all earnings settled uniformly in USD1. This positions Lorenzo as one of the earliest projects to build real-yield products around USD1, promoting the practical use of USD1 within the on-chain financial ecosystem.
Users can participate in the product testing by staking USDT, USDC, or USD1 to receive sUSD1+ tokens representing their entitlement to earnings, experiencing a stable, diversified, and real-yield structure.
Lorenzo’s long-term vision is to become an on-chain investment bank, providing standardized issuance, tokenized management, and fundraising services for yield-generating assets such as CeFi, RWA, and DeFi, bridging large-scale on-chain capital with institutional-grade investment products.
