TechFlow news, June 20 — Regarding the recent leak of 16 billion passwords, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino responded on social media: "Cloud services have failed us again."
Ardoino announced that his team is developing a new password management solution called PearPass, described as a "fully local, open-source password manager that does not rely on cloud services or servers, and will never suffer a data breach." The tool will ensure users' keys are securely stored on personal devices, giving users full control over their data security.
