TechFlow news, May 26 — According to an official announcement, the Web3 transaction-building tool "Brian" has officially ceased operations. The project originated at the ETHPrague hackathon in June 2023, aiming to use AI to convert text instructions into blockchain transactions, and had previously won multiple awards and secured pre-seed funding. Despite completing closed testing, public testing, and official launch phases, Brian lost its first-mover advantage in the market amid the rising wave of AI agent enthusiasm. The founding team stated that investors focused excessively on token launches and speculation rather than practical application value, preventing the project from closing its seed round. The team has decided to return remaining funds and shut down the project.
