TechFlow reported on May 15 that, according to Decrypt, crypto investment firm GSR has completed an equity investment in Swiss investment solutions provider Maverix Securities. Under the cooperation agreement, the two parties will jointly develop digital asset products targeting institutional and professional investors, with product lines including yield-enhancing structured solutions, cryptocurrency index strategies, and derivatives tools.
As part of the collaboration, Alain Kunz, Managing Director at GSR, will join the board of Maverix. GSR will provide digital asset liquidity and risk management technical support, while Maverix will be responsible for issuing compliant investment products on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
