TechFlow news, according to Jinshi Data, the California state government announced on the 13th that it has filed a request with the court for a preliminary injunction against the federal government's tariff policy, hoping to prevent the implementation of the relevant tariff measures during the court proceedings of California's lawsuit against the federal government.
The governor's office stated on the same day that this filing is part of California's lawsuit against the federal government. Attorney General Bonta, who oversees litigation matters, said that given the current chaotic tariff war poses threats such as "skyrocketing cost of living for families, declining wages, and job losses," and creates significant uncertainty for business operations, California would suffer substantial damages and therefore requested the court to issue a preliminary injunction while the case proceeds.
