TechFlow, May 15 — According to The Block, Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives have sent a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent requesting all suspicious activity reports (SARs) related to cryptocurrency projects supported by Trump.
These suspicious activity reports concern Trump's meme coin initiative launched since 2023, World Liberty Financial, and Sun Yuchen's investment in the project. Under regulations, financial institutions are required to file suspicious activity reports when they detect activities that may involve money laundering or fraud.
