TechFlow, May 14 — According to a report by Elliptic cited by CoinDesk, Telegram has shut down thousands of channels linked to the cryptocurrency crime marketplace "Xinbi Guarantee." Known as "Xinbi Guarantee," this market has processed over $8.4 billion in suspicious transactions via Tether USDT since 2022, involving money laundering, fraud, and coercion. Xinbi Guarantee is registered in Colorado, United States. The platform ranks alongside Huione Group—one already designated by the U.S. Department of Treasury as a "primary money laundering concern"—as one of the largest crypto black markets on Telegram.
