TechFlow news, May 10 — According to an official post on X by Zaros, the Web3 project Zaros has announced the termination of its operations. The team stated that despite five months of efforts exploring various viable paths, funding has been exhausted and the project can no longer continue.
The Zaros team highlighted two major challenges: first, launching a complete product all at once instead of pursuing modular development, which caused delays; second, the poorly timed launch of the $ZRS token—once product release was delayed, the liquid token became a burden, limiting financing options.
Given current market conditions and considering the fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $ZRS, sustainable fundraising is no longer feasible. The team emphasized that via Sablier streams, it can be independently verified on-chain that neither of the two co-founders has sold any $ZRS tokens.
