TechFlow, May 10 — According to a Medium report, Swarms API has recently launched major updates aimed at enhancing performance, cost efficiency, and flexibility. The update primarily includes three core features:
Flex Processing is a cost-optimized processing layer for non-urgent AI workloads, offering a 75% discount on input and output token costs, with an additional 75% discount during nighttime hours (8 PM to 6 AM Pacific Standard Time), and extends the timeout window to 15 minutes.
The Dynamic Intelligent Caching system automatically optimizes agent completions with a 5-minute cache time-to-live, automatic cleanup every 60 seconds, and support for concurrent requests, reducing redundant API calls and token usage.
Individual agent completion endpoints provide unprecedented customization options, supporting over 600 model providers and allowing users to configure parameters such as custom system prompts, role settings, temperature, and token controls.
