TechFlow news, April 23 — According to Decrypt, Polygon has partnered with sustainable infrastructure startup Pyse to launch a tokenized electric delivery fleet project in Dubai. The project anchors vehicle ownership and real-time data collection on the blockchain. Each electric motorcycle is equipped with Pyse's proprietary decentralized physical infrastructure mining machine (DMM), which collects urban data such as air quality, road wear, and noise pollution during daily deliveries.
The project is already operational in the UAE and plans to expand into India's electric vehicle market. Pyse co-founder Harshit Garg said India's B2B electric vehicle and last-mile logistics market is fragmented and underfunded, and a blockchain-based model could help operators access more financing opportunities. By combining revenue from physical assets with decentralized data incentives, participants can earn returns from both the assets and their data output.
