TechFlow news, April 13 — According to News.bitcoin, Argentina will officially abolish its strict currency control measure, known as "cepo cambiario," on April 14, ending six years of restrictions and marking a significant shift in the country's economic policy. Following the announcement by Argentina's Minister of Economy, the stablecoin market on Argentine cryptocurrency exchanges experienced significant volatility and a sharp increase in trading volume.
The report noted that due to high market volatility and unusual trading activity in Argentina, more people might opt for stablecoins.
