TechFlow, April 10 — According to Bloomberg, Federal Reserve Governor Michelle Bowman will appear Thursday before the Senate Banking Committee for a hearing on her nomination to serve as Vice Chair of Supervision at the Fed.
Bipartisan senators are expected to question Bowman on two key issues: how she will comply with executive orders limiting the powers of independent agencies, and how she will approach regulatory proposals requiring America's largest banks to hold more capital to guard against losses and financial crises.
