TechFlow, April 8 — According to Oriental Daily News, Hong Kong traditional brokerage Winson Securities (08540) announced that its strategic focus for the next three years will be becoming a "virtual asset full-ecosystem service provider."
Winson Securities plans to expand its business in six areas, including deepening global asset management solutions involving cryptocurrency for immigration-related asset allocation, strengthening institutional-grade real-world asset tokenization (RWA) innovation applications, and launching structured virtual asset derivatives.
The company's Deputy CEO, Chan Pui-chuen, said that adhering to the principle of "compliance first, innovation-driven," Winson is collaborating with compliant exchanges and multinational enterprises to promote cross-platform integration of RWA in corporate financing.
