TechFlow news, April 4 — MEET48, the world's first Web3.0 community focused on the entertainment sector featuring AI Agents, AIUGC creators, and fan economy ecosystems, announced the completion of its token round financing. The token round was valued at a fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $100 million, led by Liang Xinyun, co-founder of Fosun Group, Hash Global, and HashKey Capital, with participation from Animoca, Infinity Labs, Promontory, Oak Grove, and several Web3 professionals. The new funds will be used to support team expansion and the development of related AI products.
MEET48’s ecosystem community will enable users to create customizable, self-interacting virtual idol AI Idol-Agents capable of chatting, live streaming, and virtual performances. Leveraging globally leading AIGC technology in the vertical domain of virtual music and dance, the platform efficiently generates AI-powered images, text, songs, and dance content. Additionally, the community offers an exclusive AI creation tool, AIShowBOX, supporting deep creative features such as 3D avatar customization and intelligent choreography, empowering users to automate operations and globally distribute their Idol-Agents. MarsProtocol, MEET48’s companion meme incubation and launch platform, is set to debut on the BNB Chain, providing meme creators with a tokenized trading platform and serving as a source of AI creators for the broader ecosystem.
Furthermore, MEET48’s AI-Agent social foundation—the MEET48 metaverse—along with its large-scale AI-Agent music dance simulation game and AI-Agent casual games, will gradually launch, all governed by a unified governance token for community incentives and management. The MEET48 ecosystem advocates the concept of UGC content creation and popularity-driven growth aligned with token value appreciation. Our goal is to provide users with a healthy Web3.0 development platform where content cultivation replaces random viral trends, and value-based investment supersedes capital speculation.
