TechFlow news — On March 23, according to Crowdfund Insider, Singapore-based digital asset infrastructure provider BetterX has raised 2.3 million SGD (approximately 1.7 million USD) in a Pre-A funding round. The funds will support its business expansion across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.
New investors include Grand Prix Capital, Aument Capital, and prominent angel investors such as Sabrina Tachdjian from the HBAR Foundation and Riaz Mehta from Crypto Knights. Existing investors including Aura Group and Kinsey Cotton, co-founder of Tibra, also participated in this round.
BetterX offers institutional-grade infrastructure for financial institutions in tokenization, trading, and digital asset portfolio management. The company is already profitable in the Australian market, with its platform supporting the issuance and management of tokenized financial products, digital asset trading infrastructure, and custody solutions.
The company stated that the new funding will accelerate growth strategies in key markets, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance its technology stack to meet evolving regulatory requirements and client demands.
