TechFlow reported on March 19 that, according to The Block, Seoul prosecutors have requested a 10-year prison sentence for the man who stabbed the CEO of Haru Invest during a court hearing last year.
The attacker reportedly lost 100 bitcoins on the Haru Invest platform. Haru Invest is accused of defrauding over $960 million from approximately 16,000 investors.
Earlier coverage, the incident occurred in August last year during the fraud trial of Haru Invest, sparking widespread concern over the security and regulation of cryptocurrency investment platforms.
