TechFlow reported on March 19 that, according to Cointelegraph, an attacker successfully breached the control panel of the AI agent aixbt and issued two commands that prompted it to transfer approximately 55.5 Ethereum.
rxbt, the maintainer of aixbt, stated on social media that the core system was unaffected and that the intrusion did not involve manipulating the artificial intelligence itself. Following the incident, the team has migrated servers, rotated keys, suspended access to the control panel, and reported the hacker's address to exchanges.
