TechFlow reported on February 26 that Nick Tomaino, founder of venture capital firm 1confirmation, disclosed that 1confirmation has invested $3 million in MeebCo, the company behind the NFT project Meebits. The company has acquired the Meebits NFT collection and its related intellectual property from Yuga Labs.
It is understood that Meebits has not yet issued a token, but may have plans to launch one in the future. 1confirmation stated that although the Meebits project currently lacks a clear product direction, it will support the NFT project's revival and efforts to build a long-term community.
