TechFlow news, on February 17, Ryan Kim, founding partner of Hashed—the largest crypto venture firm in South Korea—shared his view that the survival of meme coins requires an almost religious level of passion and belief. He pointed out that although many Ponzi tokens have collapsed, some meme coins continue to survive, with the key being whether they can continuously pursue sustainable values such as love, peace, and community.
In response, Hashed CEO Simon Kim added that if the formation of such religious-like conviction could be scientifically understood, it might bring revolutionary change, at which point meme coins would transcend their meme attributes and the crypto ecosystem could be led by AI agents.
