TechFlow reported on February 12 that according to OKLink, there are currently 21 U.S. states that have introduced legislative proposals related to a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR).
Utah has made the fastest progress, with its Bitcoin reserve bill passing the House Economic Development Committee on January 28 and now awaiting Senate review. If approved, the bill could take effect as early as May 7 this year. Additionally, Oklahoma and Arizona are closely following, with legislative processes similar to Utah's.
