TechFlow reports that on February 12, according to Cyvers Alerts monitoring, the lending protocol zkLend suffered a vulnerability attack on the Starknet network, resulting in a loss of $9.5 million. The attacker bridged the stolen funds to Ethereum and attempted to launder them through the privacy protocol Railgun. However, due to Railgun's policy restrictions, the funds were forcibly returned to their original address.
Previously, zkLend had issued an on-chain message offering the attacker a 10% white-hat bounty, proposing that returning the remaining 90% (3,300 ETH) to the zkLend address would免除 all liabilities related to the attack.
