TechFlow News, February 4 — According to The Block, Bitcoin Ordinals project Taproot Wizards has announced a $30 million funding round led by Standard Crypto, with participation from Cyberfund, Collider Ventures, and other institutions.
Co-founder Udi Wertheimer said the funds will be used to develop and expand the OP_CAT ecosystem. OP_CAT is a Bitcoin scripting feature consisting of just 10 lines of code that enables automated and customized transactions. The project previously raised $7.5 million in seed funding, and its Quantum Cats NFT collection is currently the largest NFT project by market capitalization on the Bitcoin network.
