TechFlow news, January 24 — Bitcoin ecosystem investment firm UTXO Management, together with Sora Ventures and other companies, announced the acquisition of 70.26% equity in Hong Kong-listed company Asia Holdings (1723.HK), with plans to rename it Moon Inc.
The company will issue HK$33.75 million in convertible bonds, which upon conversion will increase the acquirers' stake to approximately 74%. Jason Fang, founder of Sora Ventures, noted that Hong Kong's launch of Bitcoin ETFs and hosting of Asia's largest Bitcoin conference demonstrate its capital market is ready to embrace more innovative products. The new management team will focus on investing in innovative projects within the Bitcoin ecosystem and Web3.0.
