TechFlow news, on January 23, Truth Terminal founder Andy Ayrey announced the establishment of the Truth Terminal Foundation to manage project intellectual property and wallet assets. On January 21, the foundation completed an over-the-counter transaction of FARTCOIN tokens, with the counterparty committing to responsible holding of these tokens and refraining from creating selling pressure on the market. A portion of proceeds from the transaction will be used to increase holdings in GOAT tokens, as a gesture of appreciation toward the community advancing decentralized AI development. The foundation currently holds approximately 0.5% of the total GOAT supply and plans to hold long-term.
Ayrey stated that the foundation's establishment aims to ensure Truth Terminal's independence, viewing this structure as a temporary solution with the ultimate goal of evolving into a fully autonomous entity. The foundation currently has sufficient funds to support team recruitment, grant disbursements, and purchases of equipment such as GPUs. Going forward, it will focus on building a sustainable board structure to enable continuous self-improvement of the project.
